Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the views of Arenal were stunning and the food was decent, the service left much to be desired, with issues in staff demeanor and management. The facilities were nice enough, but there were some inconveniences that affected my overall enjoyment of the stay.
Our stay at the resort was nothing short of magical. The clean and modern rooms offered incredible views of the volcano, and we enjoyed our time at the pools, especially the swim-up bar. The breakfast was excellent, but the dinner options could vary a bit. Overall, we found the place to be a fantastic escape with great value for money, even though the dining options were somewhat limited at night.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a calm atmosphere and lovely views from my balcony. However, I did have a concerning incident involving someone peeking into my room, which affected my sense of security. While the hotel offered a decent breakfast and a nice dining experience, I found the restaurant prices to be a bit high. Overall, it was a clean and quiet place, but those traveling solo, particularly women, might want to consider higher floors for added privacy.
I had a wonderful experience during my romantic getaway at this hotel. The rooms were both spacious and breathtaking, especially with the jacuzzi revealing stunning mountain views. Breakfast was delicious, making for a delightful start to our days. However, the safety deposit box in our room was out of order, which made me a bit uneasy carrying our valuables around. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion!
I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The accommodations were beautiful with a fantastic view of the volcano, and the pool was well-kept. However, the service was disappointing when I tried to cancel due to a Covid situation, and I felt the management didn't prioritize guest safety. The breakfast options were plentiful, but the refusal to help in a critical moment left a bitter taste.
