Beautiful Balcony View

My room was large and featured a stunning balcony view of the volcano. We could enjoy the amazing scenery right from our private space. The amenities were great, including a mini fridge and flat-screen TV, making the stay very comfortable. The large bathroom had excellent hot water and pressure in the shower. Highly recommend!

Delicious Breakfast Buffet

Refreshing Pool Area

Great in-Room Entertainment

The room came equipped with a large flat-screen TV, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. I appreciated being able to catch up on my favorite shows in comfort. The Wi-Fi was good in the room and better in the lobby, allowing me to stay connected during my visit.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the views of Arenal were stunning and the food was decent, the service left much to be desired, with issues in staff demeanor and management.
